Repairing or Replacing a Product

FLIR’s Repair and Replacement Policy is a reflection of our commitment to provide timely and comprehensive support and repair services that include:

  • Reduced turnaround repair time
  • Simplification of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) administration process

*Repairs are free of charge unless warranty was voided or the failure was not found, in which case repair fee will be requested prior to return of repaired product.

FLIR Professional Security products are sold exclusively through installing dealers and integrators who purchase FLIR products from Authorized Distributors. These professional dealers and integrators provide exceptional installing, as well as post-sales and service support for FLIR products.

Please be advised that only FLIR products purchased through an Authorized Distributor will be eligible for any warranties. FLIR will not honor any warranty for FLIR Professional Security products purchased from an Internet distributor that is not an Authorized Distributor.

Be aware that unauthorized Internet distributors often offer a warranty on a FLIR product to unsuspecting customers that is not valid. These products are not covered under any manufacturer’s warranty. We urge you to use caution when purchasing FLIR Professional Security products through unauthorized Internet distributors.
